Refund Policy

As full access enables you to utilize all resources starting on the first day of your subscription it is our policy that the monthly subscription fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time by accessing the ‘Billing/Contact Information’ and selecting ‘Cancel Subscription.’ Your account will be cancelled at the end of the current month’s subscription.
